Hello, indeed, its a very professional piece of work youve offered us!! I find that you cover the entire environment for athlete development. The details of the information for each exercise, the variations, etc. Otherwise, I have to adapt the exercises, especially with the field dimensions that I dont always have as desired. The proposed exercises are adapted to the theme being taught, and we often return to the real game!!
